The villa is located just outside the historic, picturesque village of
Montauroux, which has easy access to the AutoRoute, and all other parts of
the coast. The area is dominated by three villages, Montauroux, Callian and
Fayence. They all offer an excellent range of restaurants from simple to
first class and a good selection of shops.
The Lac St. Cassien is close by
and is a firm favourite with the French.
During the week it isn't at all
crowded and is ideal for wind surfing, canoeing, bathing, pedalos or for just
finding the perfect spot for a day of sunbathing and a picnic.
Motor boats
are not allowed.
The villa has wonderful, unspoilt views over forests with coastal mountains
in the distance.
It is not at all overlooked and in turn it doesn't overlook
any other villa.
The huge garden consists of flowering shrubs and ancient
olive terraces.
There is a built in barbecue with dining table and another
portable barbecue on the terrace also with outside dining furniture.
Inside
the gate is parking for three cars.
The pool is set just below the level of
the villa on the first olive terrace.
The accommodation consists of:
Large living room: with fitted kitchen
combined, that opens onto a covered terrace with outside dining furniture
Three bedrooms: One with twin beds, one with a double and the other with a
large double that can be converted to two singles
Two bathrooms one with
shower basin and toilet the other with shower, bath, basin and toilet.
Equipment includes: television, music system playing radio, CD's and tapes,
washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, two barbecues, 6 sunbeds.
