position with superb mountain views and is in excellent condition throughout.
It has easy access to the village, which is a five minute drive away. <br>

Although on a hillside position it has a level garden which is well tended
and consists of a blend of lawn and flowering shrubs surrounding the large
terrace and pool. <br>

Within a few minutes drive are many points of interest;
beaches, Antibes, Cannes, three excellent golf courses, riding and tennis.
