and total privacy. The views are of the sea, the golf course and across
a deep, narrow valley to the ancient 'perched' village on the other
side. An incredible setting with terraces, sections of flat garden
and a shaded wooded area. <br>

<EM>The photographs were taken in February before the garden was completed
but there will be a variety of flowering shrubs, lawn and bedding
plants.</em><P> The garden and pool will both be professionally maintained
throughout the year. Parking is off road. <br>
<br>
Biot is a greatly sought after area as it is close to beaches and
other points of interest. The village itself is preserved in much
of its late medieval state and offers excellent restaurants, amazing
atmosphere and a real taste of history. Close by is the larger historic
town of Antibes and the cities of Nice and Cannes are only a short
drive away. <BR>
